Net Zero energy homes
Net Zero homes are energy efficient homes that produce as much or more energy than they will use. Since 2020, DHCD provided $945,000 to Housing Initiative Partnership, Inc. to create six Net Zero homes in Fairmount Heights.
Critical repairs and rehab programs
These programs help fix a variety of housing conditions, including critical health and safety hazards and accessibility needs. They may include grants, loans, or both.
