Programs
The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development invests in local economies and communities through programs that support community revitalization, housing and small business development, infrastructure, broadband and more.
Many of the Department’s programs provide funding to local partners – such as local governments, nonprofit organizations and private-sector organizations – that use those resources to serve residents, businesses and communities.
Use the program directory to explore available resources. You can narrow your search by type of program – such as grants, loans or tax credits – and by who is eligible to apply, including individuals, businesses, nonprofit organizations and local governments. The directory also includes programs offered by other Maryland state agencies, which may provide additional resources to meet your needs.
