NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the applicable provisions of the governing documents, The First National Bank of Maryland, as Trustee, hereby calls for redemption on July 12, 1999 ("Redemption Date"), $160,000 principal amount of the Bonds at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount thereof plus accrued interest to the Redemption Date.
The CUSIP numbers, interest rates, maturity dates, and amount of the Bonds called for redemption are as follows:
*CUSIP Number: 57419J TZ6, 5.35% Due March 1, 2030
Registered Bonds called in the amount of $65,000 with prefix 'FAST'
*CUSIP Number: 57419J UD3, 5.35% Due September 1, 2030
Registered Bonds called in the amount of $95,000 with the prefix �FAST�
The called principal and accrued interest will be paid to DTC on the redemption Date. On and after the Redemption Date interest on the Bonds called for redemption shall cease to accrue.
*No representation is made to the correctness of the CUSIP number either as printed on the Bonds or as contained in any notice of redemption and reliance may be placed only on the identification numbers established under the Series Resolution.
