NOTICE
IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the applicable provisions of the governing
documents, Allfirst Bank, as Trustee, hereby calls for special redemption on
August 1, 2000 (Redemption Date), $40,000 principal amount of the Bonds
at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount thereof plus accrued
interest to the Redemption Date. On and after the Redemption Date interest on
the Bonds called for special redemption shall cease to accrue. Payment will
be made on the Redemption Date without presentation and surrender of the Bonds.

number, interest rate, maturity date, and amount of the Bonds called for special
redemption are as follows:

NOTICE
Under the provisions
of the Interest and Dividend Tax Compliance Act of 1983, paying agents making
payment of principal on municipal securities will be obligated to withhold 31%
of the payment of principal to holders who have failed to provide the paying
agent with a valid Taxpayer Identification Number. Holders of the above-described
securities will avoid such withholdings by providing a certified taxpayer identification
number on form W-9 when presenting securities for payment.
