NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 3.1 (c) of the Trust Indenture (the "Indenture") and as supplemented, among the Community Development Administration, as Issuer (the "Issuer") and Allfirst Bank, as Successor Trustee (the "Successor Trustee"), the Issuer hereby calls for redemption $700,000 principal amount of the Bonds on May 16, 2001 (the "Redemption Date") at a price of 100% of the principal amount thereof together with accrued interest thereon.
