NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the applicable provisions of the governing documents, under which the above described bonds (the "Bonds") were issued, The First National Bank of Maryland, as Trustee, hereby calls for redemption on June 1, 1999 ("Redemption Date") the entire outstanding principal amount of the Bonds at a redemption price equal to 102% of the principal amount thereof plus accrued interest to the Redemption Date. On and after the Redemption Date interest on the Bonds called for redemption shall cease to accrue.

The CUSIP numbers, interest rates and maturity dates are as follows:
