DHCD will hold a virtual or online public hearing to solicit comments concerning DHCD’s Annual Application for Federal Assistance for the Weatherization Assistance Program.
DHCD will be holding a virtual public hearing about this application on September 15, 2026. The hearing will convene at 9:00 a.m. and conclude at 9:30 a.m.
Oral testimony will be limited to three minutes for each person. DHCD may ask clarifying questions during the oral presentations, but will not respond formally during the hearing to any comments or information presented at the hearing. A verbatim transcript of the hearing will be made available upon request.

DHCD will be accepting written public comments until 3:00 p.m. on September 15, 2026. Written responses can be made via email to [email protected].
