Overview
The State of Maryland’s Department of Housing and Community Development is the State’s lead agency responsible for various regulatory plans and reports such as the Five Year Consolidated Plan, Annual Action Plan, and Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) as required in 24 CFR 91.115. These plans identify funding opportunities for community needs and evaluate the associated outcomes of the following U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grants:
- Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
- Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG)
- HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME)
- Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA)
- National Housing Trust Fund (HTF)
