Homeownership and Rental programs provided by the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development are predominantly managed by the Division of Development Finance, which is also known as the Community Development Administration, which is the Housing Finance Agency for the State of Maryland. Some aspects of these programs are managed by the Department's Division of Asset Management.

Jack Daniels - CDA Lending and Risk Director, Special Loans and Administration
Jack leads the Department’s lending programs for Maryland homeowners seeking improvements to their homes to achieve safety, comfort, efficiency and accessibility. Home repair contractors and housing inspectors can contact Jack to establish partnerships throughout Maryland and to get information on the range of funding programs available.

Randy Johnson – Loss Mitigation Team Leader
Randy assists mortgage partners who are experiencing circumstances that are creating difficulties in the management of their mortgage obligations. Randy and his team work with partners through the establishment of repayment plans, mortgage modifications, short sales, Deeds in Lieu of Foreclosure, etc., that can aid the mortgagors in resolving mortgage issues.

Priyakumar (“Paul”) Paul – Payoff and Release Administrator
"Paul" assists homeowners, lenders, Title Companies, and other entities with requests for Mortgage Payoff Statements and Lien Releases as well as provides copies of mortgage documents such as Deed of Trust Notes, Deeds of Trust, Certificates of Satisfaction, etc.
