Afro Charities Inc. gives new life to Upton Mansion
In the heart of Baltimore’s Upton neighborhood, Upton Mansion, a historic building that has served as a residence, radio station, school, and more since 1838, is being revitalized with $2.3 million in support from DHCD’s State Revitalization Programs.
