The Department supports a statewide network of non-profit housing counseling agencies that help Marylanders achieve homeownership, avoid foreclosure and improve their financial capability.
The Maryland Housing Counseling Fund supports non-profit and governmental organizations that provide professional housing counseling, financial counseling and legal services to Maryland consumers. This Request for Proposals invites proposals for providing housing counseling and services to improve the well-being and financial stability of Maryland homeowners and tenants.
Applications are due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 26, 2019.
