​​Eligibility

Applicants must meet pre-specified eligibility requirements for the New Futures Subsidy (NFS)​ Program. Additionally, must be 18 years of age or older, or an emancipated minor, and meet household income guidelines of 80% of Adjusted Median Income or less. Application must be referred to DHCD by approved referral agency; DHCD will not accept applications from the general public for the New Futures ​Subsidy Program. DHCD does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, familial status, marital status, sexual orientation or gender identity​.​
