The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is launching Procorem. This is a secure, external online portal designed to collaborate with:
- Division of Credit Assurance (DCA)
- Community Development Administration (CDA)
- External business partners (including project sponsors and developers)
Effective January 2026, it will be required for DHCD's external business partners to use Procorem to collaborate and communicate with DCA.
