The following reports on the Project C.O.R.E. initiative show the ongoing work that has gone into addressing blight and vacancy through this approach. Beginning with the final quarter of 2017, the Department prepared quarterly reports to highlight progress. When the initiative was renewed for another four years in FY20, the Department moved to an annual report process. In addition, a milestone report was released in February 2022 which captured emerging outcomes as the initiative has continued over the years. These reports are available below.
