Financing Your UPLIFT Home

Looking for a mortgage to purchase one of these properties? Special state financing is available exclusively for these homes.

Through the Maryland Mortgage Program (MMP), eligible first-time homebuyers can apply for the MMP UPLIFT product. This 30-year fixed-rate loan includes a zero-interest second loan for 5% down payment and closing cost assistance.
